We really care about food and drink here at Margot and take great care and pride in preparing food that is artisanal, yet simple and accessible. We do so with local, seasonal, and wild ingredients.

We forage mushrooms, berries, wild herbs and plants. We grow and ferment vegetables and fruits and we brew our own kombuchas, kefirs. We make our own pastas using French flavours and we pour local natural wines and craft beers.

All our stays include breakfast. We prepare this fresh each morning using fabulous local, organic, and wild ingredients. No breakfast is ever the same during one stay – that is our promise!

For our bed & breakfast guests we deliver to the accommodation // for our retreat and event guests breakfast/ brunch buffets are set up under the summer pergola below the studio.

This is an optional extra. Served outside of the summer season exclusively for our guests and in our beautiful farmhouse kitchen. Watch the chef prepare artisanal dishes for you, in front of you.

Table d’hote includes a starter, main and dessert. Add a cocktail at the start of your evening and wine during this special evening. Maximum capacity per evening is 4 persons.

This is another optional extra. During the warm summer months and on balmy evenings we serve dinners in the orchard alfresco.

At the foothill of the mountain next to the kiwi-vine and under the twinkling of solar garlands and the stars we pour great wines and cocktails.

We serve a menu du jour, consisting of small plates or aperitif/starter/main/side/dessert.
